Hope Amidst the Storm

When Typhoon Uwan struck Catanduanes, it left a trail of destruction. But it also opened a path for compassion. Through our Calamity Assistance program, we mobilized quickly to support 50 families who were severely affected. Working hand-in-hand with our local partner, Jesus Christ the Lifegiver Church led by Pastor Jaime and Sis. Aimee Almonte, we were able to deploy emergency food packs for immediate sustenance, hygiene kits to prevent illness, clean water supplies, and construction materials—corrugated sheets and lumber—to help rebuild damaged homes. We are fostering partnerships with donors specifically for calamity assistance to ensure we can respond even faster in the future.

Fruit grows where local churches remain present, partners walk alongside them, and God provides through His people.
